The Experience
Guests arrive at the ranch and begin with a guided off-road tour of the property, offering a rare look at the rugged landscape, vineyards, and working ranch that define Cervantes Family Vineyards. The tour sets the tone for the day—unhurried, scenic, and deeply connected to the land. Following the tour, guests are welcomed to our rustic cabin for a multi-course Argentinian lunch inspired by classic asado traditions, regional specialties, and Chef Galdon’s personal heritage. Each course is paired with Cervantes wines selected to complement the richness and texture of the cuisine. This is a private, reservation-only experience, blending outdoor exploration with elevated, fire-driven cuisine.
