An Argentine Asado Lunch by the Vines

Gather by the vines for a traditional Argentine asado, featuring open-fire cooking, premium meats, seasonal sides, and Cervantes wines. A relaxed, communal lunch designed to be shared and savored.

About this experience

There’s no better way to welcome spring than gathering around a fire, a glass of wine in hand, and a long table set among the vines.

On May 9th, we’re hosting a traditional Argentine Asado lunch at the ranch, led by our friend Valentín Galdón — bringing the spirit of Argentina to Napa in the most authentic way. Guests will arrive at noon, where a long table awaits alongside the vineyard, set for an afternoon of slow cooking, shared plates, and effortless enjoyment.

What to expect:

  • Open-fire Argentine asado, cooked low & slow
  • A selection of premium meats served family-style
  • Seasonal sides inspired by the Argentine countryside
  • Cervantes wines flowing throughout the lunch
  • A relaxed, sun-filled afternoon with great company

This is not a formal affair — it’s about sitting together, passing plates, pouring wine, and letting the afternoon unfold naturally.
