The Cabin Experience at the Cervantes Ranch offers guests an immersive and memorable visit. Starting with a Polaris Off-Road tour through beautiful California countryside, guests then arrive at a secluded spot welcomed by a delicious cheeseboard, paired with the Palomino Sauvignon Blanc.

The experience continues at the Cabin, culminating with a traditional Mexican lunch or dinner, paired with the Estate Cabernet Sauvignon and Blacktail blend. Delicious food, fine wine and breathtaking surroundings, bring an unforgettable experience in memory and taste.

Step into the field for a classic upland sporting experience set against the rugged beauty of Napa Valley. This fully guided pheasant shoot is designed for both seasoned sportsmen and first-time shooters, offering an authentic, hands-on day in the field—no prior experience required.

Guests will enjoy a traditional field shoot guided by an experienced handler and a well-trained bird dog, working the cover and flushing birds in classic upland style. Everything is thoughtfully taken care of so you can focus on the experience, the scenery, and the sport.

Following the hunt, unwind over lunch, thoughtfully paired with wines from Cervantes Family Vineyards, celebrating the connection between land, sport, and table.
